Susan Ruth Peterson

PETERSON, Susan Ruth -- Age 41, of Frankenmuth, formerly of St. Charles, died Wednesday, July 30, 2003 after a 3 1/2 year battle with Multiple Sclerosis. Private services will be held. Those desiring may make contributions to National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Michigan Chapter c/o Sharp Funeral Homes. Susan was born September 1, 1961 in Flint the daughter of Donald W. and Onalee E. 'Sue' (Howey) Peterson. She attended Fenton Schools and graduated from Genesee Christian School. She attended Word of Life Bible Institute, Schroon Lake, NY, Mott Community College, and Saginaw Valley State University. Susan  was a certified nurses aide and worked as a group home supervisor. She was a Certified Red Cross First Aid Instructor. Surviving are: mother, Onalee 'Sue' Peterson; brother, John E. Peterson; 3 half brothers, Paul, Douglas, and Steve; several nieces and nephews.
