Susan Marie HAMEL

HAMEL, Susan Marie (Nee Karibian) of Fenton MI passed away at age 59 from complications of leukemia on September 4th 2010 at Arbor Hospice. Daughter to Armand and Sarah Karibian (Nee Kaprilian) and daughter-in-law to Oliver and Luana Hamel (Nee Liphardt). Preceded in death by her late husband Paul, she was a loving mother to Sarah and Keith and mother-in-law to Nicki. Sister to Rose Fedea, Regina Werner, late Nancy Manoogian (Tom), Karen Karibian Gilboe (Jim), Kathy Guobis (Mike) and Kristine Cadorin. Sister-in-law to Thomas Hamel (Marlene), Carol McGrath (Thomas), Robert Hamel (Elaine), Jean Jarosz (Joseph), Mary Kasperek (Michael), Barbara Gengle (Robert), Joyce Tecmire (Alan), Joseph Hamel (Brenda). Loving aunt to many nieces and nephews. Funeral mass will be celebrated at 1pm Saturday, September 11, 2010 at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 600 N. Adelaide St., Fenton with Rev. Fr. David Harvey celebrant. Interment will follow at St. John Cemetery. Visitation will be held 2-8pm Thursday and Friday at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Rd., Fenton where a vigil service will be held at 7pm Friday evening.
