Susan Ethel Friday

FRIDAY, Susan Ethel  Age 83, of Burton, died Monday, June 21, 2004 at her residence. Services will be held 1 PM Friday, June 24, 2004 at Sharp Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Rd. (just south of Hill Rd.), Flint. Visitation will be held 2-4 and 6-9 PM Thursday at the funeral home. Those desiring may make memorial contributions to the charity of ones choice. Mrs. Friday was born September 9, 1920 in Detroit, the daughter of Henry J. and Maryann C. (Muladay) ODell. She married Herbert Lester Friday on April 3, 1937 and he preceded her in death on April 26, 1986. Mrs. Friday retired from Sanders Dry-cleaning in Detroit in 1985 after 15 years of service. Surviving are: three children, Suzanne Myers of Grand Blanc, David Friday and wife, June of Anderson, CA, Janet and husband, James Vaughn of San Jose, CA; daughter-in-law, Linda Gayle Friday of Frasier; 12 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. She was also preceded in death by: her parents, son-in-law, Robert N. Myers; two grandsons, Chad and Casey Myers; son, Dan Friday; sister, Charlotte Mummey; twin brother, William Walter ODell.
