Sun Nam HUR

HUR, Sun Nam - age 82, of Flint, died Sunday, May 16, 2010 at her residence. Services will be held 8 PM Tuesday, May 18, 2010 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek with Pastor Joung-Nam Lee officiating. Visitation will be held 2-4 and 6-8 PM Tuesday at the funeral home. Mrs. Hur was born September 21, 1927 in South Korea and moved to Flint in 1980. She was a seamstress and owned a dry-cleaning business for many years in Flint. Mrs. Hur was a loving mother ran grandmother who had a beautiful smile for everyone she met. Surviving are: daughter, Suki (Don) Thompson; five grandchildren, Sherri (Rob) Borer, Don Thompson, Jr., Jonathan Thompson, Tasha (Chris) Horwath Dustin Hager (Amanda Bentley); numerous great-grandchildren; sister, Hwa Ja (Chong Il) Lee; brother, Kuk Jin (Shin Ja) Hur.
