Steven Torrey

TORREY, Steven Paul - Age 72, of Linden, passed away on September 28, 2018. Funeral services will be held 11 AM Tuesday, October 2, 2018 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Rd., Fenton. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery. Visitation will be held 3-8 PM Monday. Those desiring may make contributions to Old Newsboys of Flint or Lamb of God Fellowship. Steve was born July 29, 1946 in Flint, the son of Paul and Geraldine (Simpson) Torrey. He married Marcia Phillips on October 23, 1982 in Linden. Steve owned and operated Johnson & Wood Mechanical Contractors and Roth Electrical. He was a member of Spring Meadows Country Club. He is survived by his wife, Marcia; sisters, Linda (Ben) Hobson, Cindy (Mike) Clark; brother, Jeff (Karie) Torrey; sisters-in-law, Brenda Romeo, Sue (Larry) VonWald, Judy (Rick) Toldo; many nieces and nephews; his dog, Teddy.
