Stanley George GORNEY

GORNEY, Stanley George - Age 93, of Otisville, died Monday, January 23, 2012 at McLaren Regional Medical Center. A memorial service will be held 3:00 PM Saturday, January 28, 2012 at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 10074 E. Lake Road, Otisville. Mr. Jim Field officiating. Stanley was born January 27, 1918 in Lake Tobagma, WI. He was a veteran of WWII serving in the U.S. Army. He retired in 1980 from GM Metal Fab. after 27 years of service. Surviving are: 5 children, Stanley and wife Joan Gorney of Traverse City, Barbara Gorney of Florida, Beverlee Gorney of Otisville, Steve Gorney of Texas and Bob Gorney of Florida; 3 grandchildren, Jason, Aaron and Jennifer; 3 great grandchildren.
