CARDINAL, Stanley A- age 74, died January 8, 2017. A memorial visitation will take place on Friday January 13, from 2 PM until the time of service at the funeral home. A memorial service will follow visitation at 4 PM at Sharp Funeral Homes Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek. Chaplin Hank Messing officiating. Stanley was born June 1, 1942 in Flint, the son of Abner and Dorothy (Jamison) Cardinal. He retired from GM in 1994 having worked production and maintenance positions. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and woodworking. Stanley is survived by his wife, Margaret; children, Kevin Cardinal and Jillene (Thomas) Bates; grandchildren, Hunter and Cooper; brother, Carl (Carol) Cardinal; sisters, Nancy (Gary) Robinson and Sherrie Neff.
