Siouxsie was born on October 11, 2017 in Flint, Michigan to Curtis and Amy (Turner) Alfaro. Surviving are parents; siblings, Kylie and Rosalee; Grandparents, Peter and Christine Alfaro; Great Grandfather, Eugene Turner.
