Shirley Ann House

HOUSE, Shirley Ann  Age 68, of Ellsworth, formerly of Linden, died Saturday, October 11, 2003 at Northern Michigan Hospital in Petoskey. Funeral services will be held 1 PM Wednesday, October 15, 2003 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Linden Chapel, 209 E. Broad St., Linden, Rev. Donald Neuville officiating. Visitation will be held 1-4 & 6-9 PM Tuesday at the funeral home. Those desiring may make contributions to the charity of ones choice. Shirley was born July 20, 1935, the daughter of Kenneth and Pauline (Wakeman) Little. She was a graduate of Linden High School and was married to Miles H. House in 1954. Mrs. House worked for Byron Schools for 22 years, as Head Cook. Shirley enjoyed traveling, camping, crafts, the outdoors and spending time with her family. Surviving are: four children, Miles K. and wife Terri House of Byron, Kevin House and friend Teresa of Byron, Carey and husband Dennis Green of St. Helen, Lisa and husband Bruce Lovett of Fenton; five grandchildren, Heather, Ryan, Jamie, Corey and Kali; great-granddaughter, Allison; loving companion, Dan Wilber; many special friends.
