Shirley Arceneaux

Arceneaux, Shirley Ruth - Age 76, of Flint, died Saturday June 20, 2015. A memorial service will be held 3PM Wednesday, June 24, 2015 at First Flint Seventh-day Adventist Church, G-4285 Beecher Rd., Flint. Pastor Jonathon Chitwood officiating. Arrangement under the direction of Sharp Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Road, Flint. Those desiring may make contributions to the SDA Evangelism Fund. Shirley was born March 12, 1939 in Lake Charles, LA, the daughter of the late John N. and Nellie M. (Barrow) Braquet. Shirley was very dedicated to her Church and was dedicated to her Lord. She was a member of the First Flint Seventh Day Adventist Church and retired from the State of Michigan as a caseworker with 27.5 years of service. Surviving are: son, Richard N. Arceneaux of MO; daughter, Dana L. Peggau of GA; 3 grandchildren, Richard N. Anceneaux II, Heather L. Peggau, Brandon M. Peggau; brothers, Robert (Vickie) Braquet and Richard Braquet both of TX; 2 nieces and 2 nephews and many cousins. She was also preceded in death by her brother Richard Wayne Braquet and a nephew.
