Sherryl Bell

BELL, Sherryl G. (Myers) - age 65, of Defiance, OH, formerly of Swartz Creek, died Saturday, May 27, 2017. Funeral services will be held 1 PM Thursday, June 1, 2017 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek with Pastor Don Smith officiating. Entombment will follow at Flint Memorial Park. Visitation will be held 3-8 PM Wednesday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society. Mrs. Bell was born January 5, 1952 in Flint, the daughter of William and Ida (Ritchie) Myers. She married Glen Bell on July 31, 1970 and he preceded her in death on October 8, 2012. Sherryl was employed by Carmen-Ainsworth School district for 26 years and had also worked for Weatherford, TX schools. She loved scrapbooking, arts, and crafts and was a music lover. Surviving are: son, Michael Bell of Defiance, OH; four grandchildren, Justize, Devaun, Nevaeh, and Zaylen Bell; brother, Gary (Mary) Myers of Grand Blanc; sister, Sandy (Dave) Jones of Genesee; twin sister, Sherry (Terry) Maitland of Columbiaville; many nieces and nephews also survive.
