Sheridan 'Bud' Quinn

QUINN, (Bud) Sheridan E. - Age 63, of Flint, died Thursday, November 4, 2004 at Hurley Medical Center. Mr. Quinn was born in Flint, February 19, 1941, the son of Willard and Ruby McLean Quinn. He was a lifelong resident of the Flint area. Mr. Quinn retired from Buick Motor Division in 1994, after 30 years of service. He was a member of the United Street Machines of Flint, took flying instructions and loved learning to fly and becoming a pilot. He enjoyed dune buggies and operated a dune buggy shop as a hobby. He also loved to cook. Surviving are: his five children, Robert Quinn, Randy Quinn and (Sherri), Rhonda Bankstahl and husband Bill, David Quinn and wife Julie and Leisa Salgat and husband Kim. Also surviving are 12 grandchildren and 5 great--grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Joyce Lane. Services will be 12 Noon Monday, November 8, 2004 at the Sharp Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Rd. (just south of Hill Rd.), Flint, Rev. Grant Wessel officiating. Burial will follow in Flint Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation at the funeral home will be Sunday from 2-8PM and Monday from 11AM until service time.
