Sheree Gilbert

GILBERT, Sheree L. - of Portland, MI, formerly of Flint, passed away Monday, April 25, 2022. Viewing and family visitation will be held from 1pm to 3:00pm with a Memorial Service at 3:00 PM Tuesday, May 3, 2022 at Sharp Funeral Homes Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Road, Swartz Creek. Pastor Randy Mayville Officiating.

Sheree was born January 31, 1957 in Flint, MI. The daughter of Richard L. and Helen I. (King) Mayville. She will be remembered for her zest for life, her distinct laughter and her love for her family. She enjoyed sewing, crafts, and shopping. Sheree was a very generous and compassionate person who will be missed by many.

Sheree is survived by: "The Love of her Life", Jeffrey Prange; children, Chris (Katherine) Dixon, and Charity (Garrett) Wagner; grandchildren, Carson Wagner, Kendall Wagner, Travis Dixon, Aubree Dixon, Connor Pangle, Aaron Hinman; great grandson, Elliott; siblings, Susan (Daniel) Kelsey, Sandra Cargill, Randy (Mary) Mayville, and Denny (Deb) Byrne; sister in law, Rachel Mayville; and many nieces and nephews.

Sheree was preceded in death by: her parents; husband, Bob Gilbert; brothers, Robert Mayville, and Richard Mayville, Jr.;  nephews, Steve Mayville, Todd and Brad Kelsey. On line tributes may be shared at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com.
