Sharon Nystrom

Nystrom, Sharon Ann – Age 79 of Harper Woods, passed away on September 15, 2022.  No formal services will be held.

She was born August  25, 1943, in Detroit, MI, the only child of Stephen and Claudia Bania. Sharon graduated from St. Catherine High School in Detroit, Michigan. On July 27, 1968, she was married to Erick Nystrom, Jr. who preceded her in death on January 19, 2018.  Surviving her are: her oldest son, David (Laura) Nystrom and daughter Shelley (Steve) Altman. She was preceded in death by her son, Jeffrey Nystrom.  Sharon was especially proud of her seven grandchildren who were the light of her life.
