Sharon Kirsch

Kirsch, Sharon Lee, - Age 76, of Flint, died April 23, 2019. Memorial service will be held 1:00PM Saturday, May 4 at Sharp Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Road, Flint. Visitation will be held 11:00AM until time of service. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the South End Soup Kitchen. Sharon was born March 6, 1943 the daughter of the late William Joseph and Evelyn Ethel (Carlson) Kirsch. She graduated from Traverse City High School in 1961 and earned a degree from Elkhart University as a lab tech. Sharon was a Micro Biologist for 42 plus years and worked for various labs throughout Michigan ending her career at Internal Medicine Lab of Flint. She was a member of Lincoln Park United Methodist Church and enjoyed gardening, reading and especially spending time with her grandchildren. Sharon is survived by her daughters, Suzanne (Craig) Mancour Stephens of Burton, Christine (Michael) Mancour Korzetki of Wayne; grandchildren, Dylan, Devin, Michael, Alexandra, Andrew; sister, Kathleen McDonnell of Farmington; brother, Larry (Martha) Kirsch of IL; nephews, Noel (Michelle) Kirsch and Lance (Kathryn) Kirsch. She was also survived by her step children, Ken Potter, Michelle (Henry) Limon, Jeff (Laurie) Potter and Tim (Tina) Potter.
