Sharon Louise Kidder

KIDDER, Sharon Louise - Age 67, of Flint, passed away Monday, March 31, 2025. A graveside service will be held 11:00 AM Wednesday, April 9, 2025 at Sunset Hills Cemetery, Flint. Sharon was born July 7, 1957 in Flint, the daughter of Asbury Benjamin "Ben" and Mary Frances (Carty) Grubbs. She attended Flint Northern High School. She married Michael James Kidder April 26, 1976 in Flint. She had resided in Flint her entire life. Sharon had been employed by Joan's Uniforms, Kmart and Life Uniforms. She enjoyed music, embroidery, she was an avid sports fan, especially for the Detroit Lions and Tigers and most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.

Surviving are: her husband of 48 years, Michael; daughter, Kristina (Brian) Kidder-Hoch of Grand Ledge; son, Michael B. Kidder of Flint; grandchildren, Sydney, Charlotte and Jacob; step grandson, Matthew (Stephanie) Hoch of Livonia; sisters, Sandy (Ralph) Neil of Arizona and Susan Marder of Arizona; sisters-in-law, Pam (Bob) McKee of Byron and Maryanne (Scott) Hawkins of Swartz Creek; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; in-laws, Ernie and Joan Kidder; and brothers-in-law, Ernie and Craig Kidder. Tributes may be shared at www.sharpfunralhomes.com
