Sharon Heathcoat

HEATHCOAT, Sharon Lee - Age 75, of Flint, died Friday, July 1, 2022.  Per her request cremation has taken place and a graveside service will take place at a later date.  Those desiring may make contributions to the National Kidney Foundation.

Sharon was born December 11, 1946 in Flint, the daughter of Gaurd and Margaret (David) Ives.  She married E.C. Heathcoat February 22, 1964 and he preceded her in death July 4, 2015.  She had resided in Flint her entire life.  Sharon enjoyed playing bingo and spending time with her family.

Surviving are: her daughter, Vicky (Timothy) Morrow of Burton; son, Brian Heathcoat of Flint; grandchildren, Anthony Heathcoat, Noah Heathcoat, Taylor VanOrder (Emery Woodruff), and Joshua VanOrder; great granddaughter, Elianhna; brother, Randy (Mary Lou) Ives of Birch Run; and several nieces and nephews.

She was also preceded in death by her parents; son, Kevin Heathcoat; brothers, Donald, Arnold, and Dale; and sisters, Audrey, Linda, Gail, and Mariam.  Tributes may be shared at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com.
