Sharon Bates

BATES, Sharon Kaye -- Age 65, of Fenton, passed away September 26, 2017 at Genesys Regional Medical Center with family by her side. Arrangements provided by Sharp Funeral Homes, Linden Chapel, 209 E. Broad Street, Linden. She was born August 3, 1952 in Flint, Michigan to Marilyn Green and Robert Wickenhiser. Sharon is survived by her daughter, Dawn Bates; mother, Marilyn Green;sisters, Diane Smithling, Joan Hunter, Barb Green, Blanche Cousineau; many nieces and nephews. Sharon was preceded in death by her husband Richard Bates, father Robert Wickenhiser and sister Jackie Williamson. In memory of Sharon, donations can be made to the Humane Society of Genesee County.
