Seeley Lawrence Mangus, Sr.

MANGUS, Seeley Lawrence Sr. - Age 84, passed away June 22, 2023. A graveside service will be held 11AM Tuesday, June 27, 2023 at Fairview Cemetery in Linden. Visitation will be held 2-8PM Monday at Sharp Funeral Homes, Linden Chapel, 209 E. Broad St., Linden. Those desiring may make contributions to the Alzheimer's Association. Seeley was born October 14, 1938 in Oakland County, the son of Harold and Naomi (Berg) Mangus. He was a 1958 graduate of Linden High School and a veteran of the U.S. Navy. Seeley married Lenora Sue Wykes on December 3, 1960 in Argentine. He retired from Pontiac Hospital in 1990 with nearly 30 years of service. Seeley is survived by his wife, Lenora; children, Seeley L. (Beverly) Mangus, Jr., Steven L. (Vivian) Mangus and Lynne S. (James) Warsinski; eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; sibling, Karl (Kathy) Gill; many nieces and nephews.
