Sean "Bud" Mcdowell

MCDOWELL, Sean Michael "Bud" - age 42, of Swartz Creek, died July 24, 2021 as a result of an automobile accident. Funeral services will be held 11 AM Saturday, July 31, 2021 at Sharp Funeral Homes. Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek, MI 48473. Interment will follow at Crestwood Cemetery, Grand Blanc. Visitation will be held 2-4 and 6-8 PM Friday at the funeral home. Sean was born September 11, 1978 in Flint, the son of Michael S. and Susan M. (Sanborn) McDowell. He was a graduate of Swartz Creek High School and attended Saginaw Valley State University. Sean was a bicycle mechanic at Assenmacher’s Bicycle Company. He was active in the local cycling community and volleyball community. Surviving are: parents; Michael and Susan McDowell; two brothers, Robert (Mandy) McDowell of Saginaw and Rick (Sarah) McDowell of Grand Blanc; three nephews, Jacob, Zachary and Quinn McDowell.
