SAVAGE, Sean Patrick - age 51, of Swartz Creek, died Friday, June 3, 2011. Services will be held 1 PM Friday, June 10, 2011 at Swartz Creek United Methodist Church, 7400 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek. The family will receive friends from 12-9 PM Thursday at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek. Those desiring may make memorial contributions to the Sean Patrick Savage memorial Fund. Sean was born March 3, 1960 in Flint, the son of John Thomas and Margaret S. (Myles) Savage. He owned and operated Ryman Lawn Care for 15 years. He was a Cub Scout leader at Holy Redeemer for 6 years and a Swartz Creek Soccer Coach. Sean was a sports fanatic especially the Boston Bruins and Detroit Red Wings. Surviving are: wife, Leigh Savage; two sons, Ryan and Collin Savage; mother, Margaret Savage; five siblings, James Savage, Rosaline Savage, Joseph (Kelly) Savage, Pauline Buffey, twin sister, Margaret Savage; special nephews, John Savage and Larry Buffey; many other nieces and nephews; mother-in-law, Ruth Dye and several close friends.
