Scott Paul Smith

Smith, Scott Paul - Age 58, of Lupton, passed away September 1, 2024. Memorial Services will be 2:00 PM Sunday, September 15, 2024 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Linden Chapel, 209 East Broad Street, Linden. The service will be livestreamed and can be viewed below his obituary. Visitation will be from 1:00 PM until the 2:00 PM service time Sunday. 

Scott was born December 2, 1965 in Flint, Michigan, the son of Paul Smith and the late Judith (Rickard) Smith. Scott married Tanya Kucharski on September 16, 1989 at Bristol Methodist Church in Flint. He worked at Genesee Paint Company then later at Shouse Tool Company. He enjoyed being outdoors, hunting and fishing. 

He is survived by his wife of almost 35 years, Tanya Smith; daughter, Rachel Smith of Romulus; his father, Paul Smith; siblings, Dawn (Tony) Bader of Owosso, Shelley Smith Aschrel of Brighton, and Craig Smith of Linden; several nieces and nephews. 

He was preceded in death by his mother, Judy.
