MEDOR, Scott Michael - Age 23, of Lake Fenton, died Monday, January 25, 2010 due to an automobile accident. Funeral Mass will be celebrated 11:00 AM Friday, January 29, 2010 at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 600 N. Adelaide St, Fenton. Fr. David Harvey celebrant. Burial in St. John Catholic Cemetery. Visitation will be held at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Road, Fenton, Wednesday from 7-9 PM and Thursday from 2-9 PM and at church Friday from 10:00 AM until time of service. A vigil service will be held at the funeral home 7:00 PM Thursday. Those desiring may make contributions to Lake Fenton Athletic Scholarship Fund or Adopt-A-Pet. Scotty was born July 23, 1986 in Flint, the son of Michael J. and Leeard Virginia "Lee" (Krupa) Medor. He had resided in Fenton his entire life. He was a 2004 graduate of Lake Fenton High School and a graduate of Mott Community College, earning an associate degree. He currently was enrolled in the nursing program. Scotty was employed at Argentine Health Care and Holly Convalescent Center as a CNA. He was an avid snow boarder, golfer and disc golfer. Surviving are: parents, Mike and Lee Medor; 2 sisters, Michelle Medor of California and Nicole Medor of Fenton; grandmother, Virginia Krupa of Lake Fenton; grandfather, Joe Medor of Lake Fenton; several aunts, uncles and cousins.
