SHUMAKER, Sandra Kay, "Sandy" age 67, of Culleoka, TN, formerly of Flint, passed away Monday, October 11, 2010 in Tennessee. Funeral Services will be 12:00 p.m. Friday, October 15, 2010 at Sharp Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Rd., Grand Blanc Twp. Rev. Sarah LaRose-Nettel officiating. Interment to follow at Flint Memorial Park Cemetery, Mt. Morris. Visitation will be 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Memorial donations may be made to the American Diabetes Foundation. Sandy was born January 31, 1943 in Flint the daughter of the late Vivan and Dorothy (Dalgleish) Walton. She married Larry Shumaker on July 13, 1963 in Flint. Sandy was a member of Atherton United Methodist Church. She was a kind and loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister. She will be missed dearly. Surviving are her husband of 47 years, Larry; 2 children, Patsy (Fred) Folts, Larry (Cindy) Shumaker of Culleoka, TN; 2 grandchildren, Autumn and Catherine; sister, Patsy (Frank) Rehanek; 2 brothers, Bill (Judy) Walton, Charles (Sylvia) Walton; granddog, Blacky.
