Sandra Allen

ALLEN, Sandra Kay - age 71, of Flint, died December 2, 2019. Funeral services will be held 11 AM Monday, December 9, 2019 at Sharp Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Rd., Flint with Pastor Randy Brandon officiating. Interment will follow at Great Lakes National Cemetery. Visitation will be held 2-4 and 6-8 PM Sunday at the funeral home. Those desiring may make memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society. Sandra was born October 16, 1948 in Mattoon, IL, the daughter of Ivan and Wanda Ilene (Wishart) Stewart. She married Richard Allen on April 26, 1968. Sandra enjoyed quilting, sewing, cooking, baking. She loved Michigan Football and spending time with family. Sandra was a loving wife, mother and Nana who adored her grandchildren. Surviving are: husband, Richard; two sons, Scott Allen and wife, Lynna Lot-Allen of Fort Worth, TX, Jonathan Allen and fiancée, Olivia Cantwil of Flint Twp.; five grandchildren, Brendan, Nicklas, Hailey, Riley and Aiden; mother, Wanda Stewart of Mattoon, IL; sister, Marsha and husband, Bill Foote of Mattoon, IL; many nieces, nephews and other family members.
