Coon, Sanda Sue - age 67 of Durand, died Friday, August 10, 2012. Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Monday, August 13, 2012 at Linden Free Methodist Church, 13274 S. Linden Road, Linden. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery. Visitation will be held 4-9 PM Sunday at Sharp Funeral Homes, Linden Chapel 209 East Broad St, Linden, and 10:00 AM until the time of service Monday. Those desiring may make contributions to the family. Sanda was born October 18, 1944 in Brighton, the daughter of Charles and Velma (Cole) Farmer. She was married to Donald F. Coon on April 18, 1970 in Flint; he preceded her in death on March 13, 1989. Mrs. Coon was a manager at Sunshine Foods in Argentine and Fenton. Surviving are: children, Lisa Pahl, Robert Schram, Donna (Bill) Hersha, Ginger Neisch, Florence Ann McNiel, Terri Goslyn, Paul Coon, H.G. Coon, Donald Coon Jr., Douglas Coon; many grandchildren including, Cassanda Muchler, Marcus Muchler, Devon Hersha and many great-grandchildren; siblings, Bev Parker, Kay (Terry) Walters, Robert (Dee) Farmer; longtime companion and caretaker, Alan Muchler.
