Ryan Bruce Major

MAJOR, Ryan Bruce- Age 36 of Burton, passed away on September 28, 2023. Ryan was born December 2, 1986. Although born in Charleston, SC, he spent most of his life in Grand Blanc, MI. The son of Donna J. (Clark) and Jerry Major. Ryan was a very talented artist. He was an old soul who loved rock music and playing the guitar. He was wonderful at drawing and even wrote his own music. He had a kind heart and cared for people and animals of any sort. He made friends anywhere he went. 

Ryan is survived by his sister Callie (Ronnie) Latimer; father, Jerry (Linda) Major; his aunts Dorla (Mike) Wrosch and Deanna (Neil) Dennis; uncle, David (Trish) Clark; cousins Carrie, Jason, Adam, Jasiah, and Lexie. 

Ryan was preceded in death by his mother, Donna J. Major; daughter, Olivia; grandparents, Dorlan and Judith Clark, Kaya and Del Gossett. 

Private family services will be held at a later date, with cremation arrangements provided by Sharp Funeral Home and Cremation Center. Ryan will be laid to rest alongside his mother and grandparents in the Maple-Gibson Cemetery of Grand Blanc. In memory of Ryan, memorial contributions to Eastside Mission of Flint would be greatly appreciated.
