MOTTO, Ruth I. - Age 86, of Rose Township, died Friday, August 21, 2009 at Apple Blossum Adult Foster Care. Graveside service will be held 12:00 PM Wednesday, August 26, 2009 at Great Lakes National Cemetery, Holly, with Rev. Joy Fletcher officiating. Mrs. Motto was born July 7, 1923 in Detroit, the daughter of Charles and Katherine (Mueller)Briesmeister. She had resided in Rose Township for 35 years, coming from Belleville. Surviving are: son, Bruce Motto of Rose Township; 2 daughters, Cathy (Clarence) Utter of Laingsburg and Elizabeth (Andrew) Mavis of Rose Township; 2 grandsons, Todd J. and Paul E.
