Ruth R. (Morden) Haas

Haas, Ruth R. (Morden) - Age 91 of Goodrich (formerly of Imlay City) passed away peacefully Sunday morning, February 23rd with her loved ones close by. A service to celebrate Ruth’s life will be held at a later date. Cremation has already taken place.

Reta Ruth Morden Haas (Ruth) daughter of Orval and Hazel (Shrapnell) Morden was born April 29th, 1933 on the family farm in Yale, MI. Ruth was a strong lady with a huge heart. She had a love that was so warm and caring. Making it easy for her to be the caretaker of the family, especially for her grandchildren. Ruth loved her life.

Ruth is survived by her three children, George Haas, Mariann (Stan) Jonas, and Julieann (Billy) Baker; 10 grandchildren including Brooke (Jamie) Kranich and Gary Ross; Many great grandchildren; Siblings, Elaine Cumeralto, Dave (Pauline) Morden, and Linda Penn; and many nieces, nephews and family friends.

Ruth was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 40 years George F. Haas; Her siblings, Geraldine Jewell, Eleanor Morden, Beverly Maxon, Lee Morden and her fraternal twin Ronald R. Morden. Ruth will be missed by all who knew and loved her!!!
