YOUNGBLOOD, Roy H. - Age 76, of Flint, died Thursday, November 5, 2009 at McLaren Regional Medical Center. Cremation has taken place and no services will be held. Mr. Youngblood was born April 19, 1933 in Haleyville, AL, the son of Sol Carter and Lily Ellen (Mayhall) Youngblood. He was a veteran of the U.S. Airforce and the U.S. Army National Guard. He married Shirley Kratochvil July 14, 1957 in Mississippi and she preceded him in death June 26, 1989. Mr. Youngblood retired from GM Chevrolet Manufacturing and was a member of U.A.W Local 659. Surviving are: 2 daughters, Candace Hungerford of Tioga, PA and Sandra and husband Brian Himmelreich of Fleetwood, PA; 4 grandchildren, Jason and wife Erin Hungerford of Lawrenceville, PA, Joshua Hungerford and Whitney of Elmira, NY, Phillip Deats of Tioga, PA and Jenna Himmelreich of Fleetwood, PA; 2 great grandchildren, Brendan and Chelsea Hungerford; nephew, Travis Poore and family of Haleyville, AL.
