PATE, Roy Holland - age 72, of Flint, died Sunday, April 4, 2010 at Avalon Hospice. Services will be held 11 AM Wednesday, April 7, 2010 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek. Visitation will be held 10 AM until the time of service Wednesday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society. Mr. Pate was born September 19, 1937 the son of Richard Clyde and Mary Ester (Neil) Pate. He married Janet Benjamin and retired from AC Spark Plug. He is survived by his wife, Janet.
