Roy Vernon LeFavour

LeFavour, Roy Vernon - Age 78, of Flint Township, passed away February 6, 2025. 

Services will be held 11 AM Tuesday February 11, 2025 at Sharp Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Road, Grand Blanc. Interment will be at a later date at Sunset Hills Cemetery. Visitation will be held 4-8 PM Monday, February 10; and 10 AM until the service at 11 AM on Tuesday, February 11. 

Roy was born April 23, 1946 in Detroit, Michigan, the son of Vernon LeFavour and Audie (Holloway) LeFavour. He was a longtime resident of the Flint area. He was a proud graduate of Flint Central High School, Class of 1964. He married Luanna (Cross) on May 23, 1998 in Flint. He worked in Tool and Die for General Motors Flint Metal Fabricating retiring with 42 years of service. He was a member of the Locomotion Square Dance Club and the Flint Central Alumni Association. He was a Avid Tandem Bicycler and Past member and past president of the Genesee Wanderers Bicycle Club. 

Surviving are: his wife, Luanna LeFavour; children, Samuel (Theresa) LeFavour of Swartz Creek, Adrienne (Scott) Allen of Davison, Allen (Carla) Murphy of Flushing, Alison Murphy (Larry Noller) of Downers Grove, IL; eight grandchildren, Trystan, Mason, Corbin, Noah, David, Grace, Thomas and Sean; sister, Nancy (Bob) Jackson of Davison; cousin Nita (Mike) Noellert of Reno, Nevada. He was preceded in death by his parents; and sister Linda LeFavour.
