DENNISON, Roy Kenneth - age 84, of Fenton died Monday, May 12, 2008 at Genesys Health Park. A memorial service will be held 1 PM Saturday, June 21, 2008 at Fenton V.F.W. Curtis Wolverton Post #3243, 1148 N. Leroy St., Fenton. Mr. Dennison was born November 28, 1923 in Manchester, England, the son of Frank and Ada (Burns) Dennison. He was a veteran of the Royal British Navy. Mr. Dennison was a typesetter for many years, but his true passion was theater and acting. He was a professional actor and a member of the Screen Actors Guild, Actors Equity Union and active in the Purple Rose Theater. Surviving are: three children, Myra Church; Brian (Kellie) Dennison of Holly, Sean (Jenny) Dennison of Flint; eight grandchildren, Brian, Nathan, Courtney, Lauren and Megan Dennison, Mike Wade, Steve Parker and Chris Shoemaker; six great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by: his parents; daughter, Terry Dennison; grandson, Brayden Dennison; brother, Don; and the mother of his children, Evelyn.
