Rosetta Theresa Belliveau of Waltham, Massachusetts, passed away peacefully at home with her family on September 15, 2022. She was a devoted and loving wife to the late Edward L. Belliveau, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and friend to many. She was 94 years old. She was born in Waltham, Massachusetts on October 25, 1927, a daughter of the Late Lewis and Doris (Feener) Scordamalgia. Rose worked as a nurse's aid for many years and served as the senior regents for the Loyal Order of the Moose No 1018, in Waltham. Rose was a bright ray of sunshine and brought joy and fun memories to everyone she touched. After spending her entire life in Massachusetts she moved to Michigan for the last 8 years of her life. She was a talented singer and loved to sing and dance. She also loved family gatherings and sharing memories of her life in Massachusetts. She leaves her children, Daniel E. Belliveau and his wife, Darlene of Midlothian, Virginia, the late Edward L. Belliveau of Waltham, Massachusetts, Michele M. Farella and husband, Mike of Fenton, Michigan, Maria E. Criscenzo and husband, Gaetano of Maynard, Massachusetts, six grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, and three great-great grandchildren. Rose was also a sister to the late Salvatore Scoramalgia and to the late Doris M. Proia. Funeral Mass will be celebrated 11 AM Wednesday, September 21, 2022 at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 600 N. Adelaide St., Fenton, MI 48430 with Rev. Fr. Robert Copeland celebrant. The family will receive friends from 10 AM - 10:30 AM Wednesday at the church where a rosary will be prayed at 10:30 AM. Rosetta will be buried with her beloved husband at Mt. Feake Cemetery in Waltham, Massachusetts and a graveside service will be held at a later date. Arrangements by Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 W. Silver Lake Rd., Fenton, MI 48430.
