ELLIS, Rosemary Sue (Carter), age 48, of Burton, died Thursday, February 22, 2007 at home. Funeral services will be held 1PM Monday, February 26, 2007 at Sharp Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Rd., Grand Blanc Twp., Pastor Timothy Speckman and Michael Carter officiating. Interment will follow at Flint Memorial Park. Visitation will be held 6-8PM Saturday and 4-8PM Sunday at the funeral home. Rosemary was born August 14, 1958 in Flint, the daughter of O'Neal and Linda Anne (Wilt) Carter. She graduated from Flint Central High School in 1976 and married Ricky C. Ellis on August 16, 1980 in Flint. Rosemary received a Child Development Associates Certificate and an Associates Degree of Applied Science from Mott Community College. She was employed by Flint Community Schools, Rainbow Learning Program for 10 years. Surviving are her husband of 26 years, Ricky of Burton; 3 children, Sarah Ellis of Burton, Ricky J. (Aubrey) of Flushing, Rachel Ellis of Burton; grandson, Noah; 4 siblings, Juanita Jones of Murfreesboro, TN, Joseph Carter of Flint, Kathleen Beck (Bernie Klink) of Flint, Michael Carter (Sheila) of Butler, IN; father-in-law, Claude Ellis of Flint and many other family members and friends.
