WETHERELL, Ronald Joseph Jr.- Age 54, of Swartz Creek, died Sunday September 12, 2021. Funeral services will be held 5:00PM Saturday, September 18, 2021 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Road, Swartz Creek. Father Jay Gantz officiating. Ronald was born January 17, 1967 in Flint, the son of Ronald and Patricia (Alverado) Wetherell. He married Sheila Mitchell in Las Vegas NV, on November 13, 1993. Ronald retired from the city of Flint as a heavy equipment operator/ street maintenance worker. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle, fishing, dancing, playing drums. and most importantly spending time with beloved family, friends, and his dogs. Surviving are: wife of  27 years, Sheila Wetherell; daughters, Jordan Wetherell and Jessica Wetherell; mother, Patricia Wetherell; father-in-law, John Mitchell and uncle Johnny. He was preceded in death by his father, Ronald Wetherell; mother-in-law, Karen Abraham; grandpa Wetherell; grandma and grandpa Chapel, grandma and grandpa Alvarado.  Everywhere Ron went he made friends. He was the life of the party. He worked hard, played hard, and loved even harder. If you were lucky enough to be part of his world, you'll have enough memories to last you a lifetime.  He passed away doing what he loved; riding his motorcycle.
