HALL, Ronald P. - Age 77, of Linden, formerly of East Tawas, died Tuesday, April 27, 2010 at Avalon Hospice. Services will be held 1 PM Saturday, May 8, 2010 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Linden Chapel, 209 E. Broad St., Linden. The family will receive friends from 5-8 PM Friday and 11 AM until the time of service Saturday. Those desiring may make contributions to Tawas Area Presbyterian Church or Avalon Hospice. Ronald was born May 2, 1932 in Owosso, the son of Douglas and Edith (Abrey) Hall. He retired as the manager of Independent Bank. Mr. Hall was a member of the American Legion in East Tawas. He was a past member of the Chamber of Commerce and served on the East Tawas City Council. Surviving are: wife, Dorothy; children, Jeffrey and wife Laura Hall, Jerold and wife Jill Hall, Ronda Hall, Julie and husband James Driver; five grandchildren and a great-granddaughter; brother, Richard and wife Helen Hall, Douglas and wife Peggy Hall; sister, Meredith and husband John Scharf.
