Ronald Groesser

Groesser, Ronald L.-Age 90 of Fenton, died October 28, 2017. Funeral services will be held 1:30 PM Wednesday, November 1, 2017 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel. 1000 Silver Lake Road, Fenton. Visitation 2PM-8:PM Tuesday and 11AM until time of service. In lieu of flowers please make contributions to The Medical Team Hospice or the charity of your choice. Ronald was born June 20, 1927 in Flint, Michigan, the son of Russell and Sylvia (Porter) Groesser. He served in the United States Navy during World War II. He married Betty Jane Smith in Angola, Indiana on March 7, 1949. She preceded him in death on May 18, 1995. Mr. Groesser was employed with Franchi Beer Distributors retiring in 1982. He also owned and operated the Fireplace in Fenton since 1970. Surviving are children; Verna (Doug) Derwin, Vicki (Doug) Murany, Mardell (Laird) Landis, Rhonda (Lee) Nunn; Daughter-In-Law, Yvonne Groesser; several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
