Ronald Deen Bower

BOWER, Ronald "Deen", age 57, of Flint, formerly of Argentine, coming from Holly, died Sunday, December 30, 2007 at Avalon Hospice, Flint. Services will be 1PM Saturday at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Rd., Fenton. Pastor Jim Wiegand officiating. The family will receive friends 11 AM Saturday until time of service. Contributions may be made to the Ronald "Deen" Bower Memorial Fund. Deen was born May 21, 1950 in Flint, the son of Ralph Dean and Ruby O. (Atchley) Bower. He graduated from Holly High School in 1969, was a self employed builder and a past member of the Moose Club. Surviving are his daughters, Mari Paige Bower of Flint Johnelle Nolan of Florida, and their mother, Cathie Nolan; father, Ralph Bower of Illinois; sister, Karen Cromwell (Donald) of Burton; 2 brothers, Roger Bower (Michelle) of Fenton, Marvin Bower (Sue) of Florida; sister, Cindy Fry (Allen) of Illinois; companion, Carrie Whalen of Flushing;  and many loving extended family members. He was preceded in death by his mother, Ruby. The family extends special thanks to Dr. Fahrner and Dr. Towfiq  and the staff at Hurley 9-East.
