MIMS, Roger Levoy Sr. - Age 69 , of Flint, Michigan, died Tuesday, November 18, 2014. Arrangements provided by Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Road, Swartz Creek. Mr. Mims was born July 31, 1945 in Flint, Michigan, the son of the late Walter and Mary Elizabeth Mims. Roger enjoyed playing sports with his children, playing chess, fishing, collecting movies and books. Surviving are: children, Tina Mims, Rafiel Mims, Rommel Gentry, Adrian Gentry, Devin Gentry all of Flint; 12 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren and niece Minnette Rollins.
