Roger Lynn Gilley

Gilley, Roger Lynn - Age 68, of Flint, died July 3, 2024. Cremation has taken place and no service is planned. Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Roger to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (www.stjude.org).

Roger was born on July 28, 1955 in Flint, Michigan to the late Dabner and Ruby (Adams) Gilley. He was a 1973 graduate of Atherton High School. Roger worked for AT&T for 33.5 years as a construction splicer before retiring in 2010. Roger held season tickets for the Flint Generals hockey team and was a devoted fan. He was an avid baseball collector and passed his love of the game to his grandchildren.

He is survived by his daughter, Andrea (Dave) Bullock of Livonia; grandchildren, Allie Corwin, Trinity Impola, Brian Impola, Alyssa Kellaway, Cassandra Gilley, Jayson Gilley, Caylin Bullock, Shannon Bullock, Lilith Smith; sisters, Shirley Smith, Linda (John) Snellenberger, Dorothy Davis, Loretta Bach; Roger was preceded in death by his parents; son Brian Michael Gilley; sister, Dora; and brother-in-laws, Andy Smith, Donald Davis, Nick Bach.
