Rodney Olson Sr.

Olson Sr., Rodney James - Age 69, of Flint, died February 11, 2020. No public services will be held at this time. Arrangements are being handled by Sharp Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Rd., Flint. Rodney was born March 25, 1950 in Flint, the son of Harvey and Vivian (Newton) Olson. He was a graduate of Grand Blanc High School. Rodney proudly served his country in the United States Army. He worked for General Motors Buick City before retiring in 1999. Rodney is survived by his 3 children, Kerry Wheeler of Flint, Rodney (Dawn) Jr. of Flint, Ryan of Flint; grandchildren, Ashley Lynn, Destiny, Brandon, Dylan, Tyler, Makenzi, Zachary, Haileigh; great-grandchildren, Colton, Lorelai, Ai'riah; siblings, Harvey, Gary, and Dean.
