Rodney Nowosielski

NOWOSIELSKI, Rodney Drake - Age 68, of Swartz Creek, passed away February 10, 2023. Cremation arrangements provided by Sharps Funeral Homes Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Road Swartz Creek. Interment will take please at Great Lakes National Cemetery, Holly in the Spring.

Rodney was born September 6, 1954 in Flint, the son of Joseph and Ione H. (Wahlfors) Nowosielski. He was a 1973 Graduate of Carmen-Ainsworth High School
Rodney also graduated from Kendall College of Art and Design, and Flint Barber College. He earned his Master's Degree from Rochester College in New York. Rodney proudly served as a U.S. Army Sergeant. Later, Rodney was employed as a College Instructor in South Dakota and Minnesota. He enjoyed reading, watching TV, and was very caring and devoted to helping others.

Rodney is survived by: his siblings, Greg (Angela) Nowosielski, Joetta L. Brady, Mark Nowosielski, Terry Nowosielski, and LaSondra Nowosielski; step sisters, Annetta Chapman and Michelle (Jamie) Boven; half-sister, Cherie (Mike) Acker; nieces; nephews; and great nieces and nephews.
