CHAMBERLAIN, Rockford Ray -- Age 54, of Flint, died Friday, May 30, 2014. Funeral services will held 5PM, Thursday, June 5, 2014 at Sharp Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Road, Flint. Reverend Jim Garfield officiating. Visitation will be held 5PM to 8PM Wednesday and 12PM until time of service Thursday. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the family c/o Sharp Funeral Homes. Mr. Chamberlain was born October 3, 1959 in Flint, Michigan the son of Vertis Ray and Carol Elizabeth (Kelsey) Chamberlain. Rockford had a green thumb he could grow anything, he enjoyed gardening, yard work. He along with his brother owned and operated Mid-Michigan Tree Service for many years. Surviving are: wife Glenda Chamberlain; children, Samantha Bice of FLint, Tarra Chamberlain of Grand Blanc, Rockford Chamberlain Jr. of FLint, Kody Chamberlain of Flint; grandchildren, Alexander, Kassandra, Rachelle, Brianna, Nick, Tay, Roman; mother, Carol Chamberlain of Grand Blanc; brother, Randy (Debbie) Chamberlain of Flint; many nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his son, Roderick Chamberlain; father Vertis Chamberlain; brother Roderick Chamberlain; and sister, Carla Sue Chamberlain.
