Robert T. Turco

TURCO, Robert T. - age 80, of New York, formerly of Fenton, died August 5, 2006 in New York. A memorial service will be held 3 PM Saturday, September 30, 2006 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Rd., with Rev. Fr. David W. Harvey officiating. Interment of cremated remains will follow at St. John Cemetery with veterans honors held under the auspices of Fenton VFW Curtis-Wolverton Post # 3243. Mr. Turco was born October 9, 1925 in Saginaw, the son of John and Virginia (Martino) Turco. He was a 1943 graduate of Fenton High School and a veteran of World War II serving in the U.S. Navy. Mr. Turco worked for Eastern Airlines for 15 years and Pan American Airlines for 25 years where he served as C.E.O. He was a very caring and loving man. Surviving are: sister, Lou Turco-Longton of Flint; brother, Al Turco of Fenton; niece, Lisa Longton of Flint; many other nieces and nephews; dear friends, Ken and Jean Trimmer of Fenton.
