Robert Niblack

NIBLACK, Robert Francis - Age 95, of Linden, died April 21, 2019. Funeral services will be held 11 AM Saturday, April 27, 2019 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Rd., Fenton. Burial will follow in Sunset Hills Cemetery. Visitation will be held 5-7 PM Friday and from 10 AM until the time of service Saturday. In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make contributions to Linden Presbyterian Church. Robert was born October 29, 1923 in Lansing, the son of Leo and Margaret (Barton) Niblack. He retired from General Motors in 1975 after 34 years of service. Robert enjoyed woodcarving at the Loose Center and was an avid outdoorsman. He was a loving father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He enjoyed the kids and did a lot for them. He is survived by his children, Rival (Frank) Niblack-DeCaire, Robert (Luanne) Niblack II, Gregory (Janet) Niblack; grandchildren, Robert Matthew (Ren) Niblack, Brooke Jordan, Bryan Jordan, Caitlin and Colton Niblack, Elysia Niblack, Isaac (Laura) Niblack; great-grandchildren, Lila, Dashel, Alice, Amalia, Sabrina, Lydia, Leo and Carson; nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Lucille "Bobbie" Niblack; daughter, Margaret Ann; sisters, Mary and Mabel. Tributes may be shared at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com
