Robert Joseph Lessard

LESSARD, Robert Joseph - age 85 of Hartland, passed away Thursday, April 3, 2025. A Celebration of Life will be held at Dunham Hills Golf Course, April 18, 2025 @3pm-6pm.

Robert was born December 23, 1939, in Saint-Benoit, Quebec, Canada, the son of Emile and Marie Louise (Pare) Lessard. He was a Lineman at Detroit Edison for over 30 years. Robert was member of St. Rita Catholic Church of Holly. He enjoyed golfing, hunting, woodcutting, and making maple syrup. Most of all, he loved family time.

Surviving are: his children, Michel (Jenny) Lessard, Alain Lessard, Johanne Lessard (Paul Newton) ; grandchildren, Nadine (Clint) Barber, Remy (Kelsey Kussro) Lessard; great grandchildren, Henry, Jensen; and several nieces and nephews. Tout Les Gang of Glennie, Louise and Rock Godbout, Jeanine and Ben Godbout, Denise and Claude Lessard, Colette Bedard and Freda and Earl Wilson. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Raymonde, and six siblings.
