Robert Hoover

HOOVER, Robert Gregory - Age 56, of Linden, died December 4, 2014. Funeral services will be held 11 AM Wednesday, December 10, 2014 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Linden Chapel, 209 E. Broad St., Linden. Burial will follow in Great Lakes National Cemetery. Visitation will be held 2-9 PM Tuesday at the funeral home. Those desiring may make contributions to the Wounded Warrior Project. Robert was born October 30, 1958 in Pontiac, the son of Robert H. and Evalee C. (Steele) Hoover. He married Norma J. Fletcher on July 11, 1998 in Hartland. Mr. Hoover was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and was employed by A&S Energy. Surviving are: wife, Norma; children, Alan Hoover, Amanda (Curtis) Jerome, Andrew (Trisha) Fletcher; his grandchildren, who were his greatest joy, Shianne, Samantha, Barbara, Hunter, Savannah and Ryan; brothers, Al (Jeanette Waggoner) Hoover, Gary (Christine) Hoover; sister, Cathy Brown; nieces; Anna and Angela; nephew, Grant.
