Robert Cole, Sr.

COLE, Robert Lewis Sr. - Age 74, of Byron, passed away May 23, 2021. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Bob was born March 22, 1947 in Farmington. He retired from Ford Motor Company after 35 years of service. Bob loved spending time with his family. He taught all of his grandkids how to swim. He enjoyed sports, car cruises and fishing. He was a kind, considerate and generous man who will be missed by many. He attended The Village Church and was saved on May 19, 2021. He is survived by his wife, Linda; children, Robert L. Cole Jr. (Heather), Dale Needham (Ronna), Edie Needham (Greg); grandchildren, Misty (Chris) Doornbos, Marissa (Andrew) Cronk, Michael Colon-Ortiz, Ashley Chou, Carmen Colon-Ortiz, Ian, Wesley and Haylee Church; great-grandchildren, Carson, Lucas, Aidan and Asher; brother, James Cole; sister, Joyce Bailey; many nieces and nephews.
