Robert Wallace BROWDER

BROWDER, Robert Wallace "Wally" - age 94, of Brighton, died Saturday, October 1, 2011 at his residence. Private family services will be held at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 W. Silver Lake Rd., Fenton. Burial will be held 11 AM Thursday, October 6, 2011 at Walkers Chapel Cemetery in Fort Payne, Alabama. Wally was born February 22, 1917 in Fort Payne, AL and graduated from Dekalb High School in 1934. He married Hazel Lois Casey in June 1937 in Georgia and she preceded him in death on October 19, 1987. Wally retired from Ford Motor Company in 1979 after 39 years. Surviving are: son, Robert W. (Shirley) Browder of Brighton, MI; daughter, Dorothy W. (James) Bird of Prescott, AZ; five grandchildren, Will, Terry, Kimberly, David and Mike; seven great-grandchildren.
